Dr. Hardik Shah is a Faculty at Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in the area of Human Resource Management & Organisational Behaviour. He obtained his doctorate from Nirma University and Masters in Labour Welfare from Gujarat University. His areas of interest include HRM, Organizational Development, Psychological Testing, and Effective Talent Acquisition for teaching and his Research Interests include Managing Project Teams, Appreciative Inquiry & Leadership, Employee Engagement, and Managing Gen Y.
He is an author of various research papers and articles and has published a book on Managing and Exploring Learned Helplessness among R&D Professionals- an Empirical Research from Pharma Sector.
